Simon is a co-founder and CEO of Cameo Innovations. A highly experienced technology and business change delivery specialist, he has held senior delivery management roles in international companies including Swiss Re, ED&F Man, ACE Group, Colt Technology Services, Shell and Pennzoil.
Simon has run his own technology consultancy where he operated in dual business and technology leadership roles and built a reputation for accelerating operational transformation that met business, budget and flexibility requirements. He is also accustomed to the lead technology advisory role.
Previously he has held senior, delivery director roles in consulting houses with full P&L responsibility for implementation services into clients in sectors including: financial services, technology services, professional services, oil & gas, utilities, supply chain and not-for-profit.
Simon is a is an MCTS:SharePoint, a member of the British Computer Society (BCS) and a Chartered IT Professional (CITP) holding multiple qualifications in Enterprise Architecture and Programme Management.
Olaf is a highly experienced project manager and development specialist in a whole gamut of Microsoft products and technologies including SharePoint, SQL Server, Windows Server, Azure and Office 365. He is an MCSE:SharePoint and an MCSA:Office 365. Olaf holds the position of Technology Manager, Team Lead Microsoft Office 365 – Cloud Business Productivity Platform at PlanB. GmbH, a Microsoft Gold Partner, in Germany.
Olaf is the prime contact for Cameo Innovations at PlanB, and acts as the relationship manager between the two companies; as such, he’s a key member of the CI team.
A true learning & development and knowledge management professional, Tony has operational and senior management experience in supply chain and human resources, in particular in the field of training, organizational learning, knowledge- and change management. The knowledge management strategy and systems he developed have received international acknowledgement in the field of knowledge management and IT.
Formerly head of knowledge management at Heineken International, Tony is now a consultant in organizational learning and change management. He is the founder of Change2Learn: a consultancy that works to use learning and change to bring out the best in people. At the Microsoft SharePoint Conference 2014, Tony delivered a presentation on using Microsoft SharePoint to build a knowledge management solution for Heineken.
He holds a master’s degree in human resource development (HRD) and has led multiple international projects on continuous improvement, competence management and knowledge management.
Monique is a highly experienced Programme and Project Management P30 and Prince2 practitioner, having worked for blue chip consultancies and companies within the UK and internationally. She brings strong leadership, vision and execution of delivery to a very high level. Through her company Sapphire Insight, Monique has supported entrepreneurs in successfully transforming and managing change in their organisation. Monique’s key focus is the transformation of governance and the initiation of the Programme and Project Office management while continuing to work in a business-as-usual (BAU) environment and offering recommendations for continuous improvement and quality management of programmes and projects.

Steve can be considered a veteran in SharePoint and Cloud Services, being one of the first people to see a working copy of SharePoint in action. He has assisted several large international organisations across a range of industries implement SharePoint as their Enterprise Content Management system or Knowledge Management environment.
Heineken, Atlas Copco, British Local Government, Ford Motor Company and Eurocontrol are just a few who have benefited from Steve’s innovative thinking along with the energy to push a project forward. He delivers efficiencies through improvements in information management and he is a strong believer in aligning knowledge with business process.
Many content management systems built by Steve and his teams are doing what they are designed to do: efficiently deliver the right knowledge to the right people in the right locations. Steve has an MCP in SharePoint.
Alex is a motivated and experienced data professional with multiple skill sets across IT, analytics and business strategy. Having previously been a director of an international strategy consultancy and used to working with large datasets, Alex has many years’ experience working in analytics and has an avid interest in Big Data and technology.
Alex is an expert user of analytical technologies, including Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, PowerBI, SQL and various programming languages. He has used his technical skills to solve problems and create solutions for companies of all sizes.
With a BA in Economics and an MA in Strategic Marketing, Alex has worked all over Europe and in the United States, mainly within the FMCG, Finance, Property, Sales and Recruitment sectors. Alex speaks fluent French and has spent more than a decade of his adult life working and living outside the UK.
A co-founder of Cameo Innovations and an experienced technology marketer, Mike has more than 40 years experience in the IT industry. He has held senior marketing roles at technology companies including: Caplin Systems, Gissing Software (acquired by Reuters), Dr. Solomon’s Software, Borland and the Santa Cruz Operation. He has successfully applied his marketing skills to sectors including: financial services technology, medical technology, office productivity systems, operating systems, programming languages and security software.
Mike’s been involved in the implementation of systems that have been required to comply with various regulations including the UK Data Protection Act (DPA), and the EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID & MiFID II). Accordingly he’s assumed the role of CI’s Compliance Lead.
Mike set up and ran the European operation for a US-headquartered technology marketing and channel management agency before establishing his own technology marketing consultancy. He also spent 10 years as a non-executive director of a global PR consultancy. He holds a degree in Physics from Imperial College, is an Associate of the Royal College of Science (ARCS) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM).
